Having recently had my twin boys I’ve been on the hunt for a collagen powder to assist with my postpartum recovery. Apart from the amazing benefits of hair and nails, collagen helps with stretch marks and skin radiance. It also assists with any joint pain which is still hanging around from pregnancy. ✨ The lovely team @millacollagen have sent me some of their passion fruit collagen to try. So far I’ve had it with water and also mixed it into my smoothies. It tastes great and I love the sustainable packaging! I can’t wait to see the results unfold over the next few weeks!
